If you have Cigna, please click this link to check your insurance benefits:
What do I do after my insurance is accepted?
After you receive the email stating that your insurance is accepted then you will book a consultation with me. You can do this by booking an appointment directly from my website or I will send you an email with the booking link.
What if my insurance isn’t covered?
If your insurance is not covered, I accept cash and HSA/FSA payments. I can also provide a superbill upon request.
The Lactation Network
The Lactation Network is a third party biller that handles billing your insurance for the services I provide, they then pay me a flat fee. All services through TLN are 100% covered. You might receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) in the mail, this is not a bill.
Cigna through Wildflower
Wildflower is a third party biller that handles billing Cigna for lactation services, they then pay me a flat fee. All visits are 100% covered and you are guaranteed up to 6 visits. If you need more than 6 visits, then a request can be made.
Tricare West
I am in network with Tricare West and will file a insurance claim to collect payment from Tricare West. You will not owe anything out of pocket. You are allowed 6 visits that are 60 minutes long. Since I am filing a claim on your behalf, this is using your lactation benefits, meaning, for example, if you saw me for 2 visits, you can only see another provider 4 times.
